Review: Guess Night Access Men’s perfume!

Hey guys!

Today I am reviewing the latest men’s perfume by popular brand, Guess. It’s called Night Access. It’s an intriguing name. It’s outer package is a pleasing dark grey and green one. It’s bottle is a heavy translucent cube, designed stunningly with an electric green body and a dark grey cap. I adore the masculine design of it.

The scent is spicy and woody at first. It’s notes are sexy and intimate. It lingers on sensually for a long time. It exudes confidence and it’s one that’s made especially for a confident man!.

Top Notes: Saffron, Malaysian Elemi, Florida Grapefruit

Middle Notes: Geranium, Cedarwood

Base Notes: Black Vanilla, Tonka Bean, Patchouli

More from the brand : The fragrance’s power is immediately apparent in its top notes of spicy saffron, citrusy Elemi from Malaysia, and sparkling Florida grapefruit. The middle note is peppery and sensual, with interplay between green Geranium and quiet Cedarwood. Finally, the base dries down into an intense cocoon that lingers on the skin, with deep Black Vanilla, powdery Tonka Bean, and earthy Patchouli.

I highly recommend this perfume. It’s my husband’s favorite right now and I love it when he wears it. This perfume is available at Wojooh and Sephora.

Review: Armand Basi in Red Eau de Toilette!

Today I am reviewing a women’s perfume, Armand Basi in Red. Let’s start with the packaging. It come in a simple white pack with a minimalist yet alluring grey motif on it which represents tree branches, that has little red flowers ready to blossom on it. It’s the simplicity of the design that make it so attractive!. The red against the grey branches gives it more emphasis.

The bottle is a gorgeous transparent, rectangle bottle with the same tree motif drawn onto the glass. The perfume is clear too. The tube that leads the perfume to the spray nozzle is so transparent that you need to look for it, inorder to see it. Otherwise, it blends so well with the liquid inside. It is so clever!. This brand has absolutely captured the essence of the saying ‘Less is more’. The bottle couldn’t be any simpler and yet it is designed so artistically!

The scent of the perfume is strong and beautiful. The first thing you notice about it is a citrusy scent mixed with a floral note of jasmine. It has a slightly spicy note too though you can’t really place what it is at first. It lingers on for a long time. I definitely love this scent. It’s sensual and very attractive.

The floral middle notes express femininity and joy: a garden of intense aroma, based on rose and jasmine, with the feminine touch of lily of the valley and the deep green of violet leaves. Review : Mandarina Duck Men’s perfume, M+!

Hello!

Today I am reviewing Mandarina Duck’s new fragrance for men, M+. It came in a grey box with two bottles in it. One is a standard sized bottle (100 ml) and the other is a travel version (30ml). This new duo fragrance concept is designed for that dynamic, goal-oriented man who can keep the bigger version at home but always carry the smaller version with him while on the move!. The box shows M+ on one side, the plus being an eye catching yellow. On the other side, it shows the picture of both the bottles indicating that one is a travel version and the other to be kept at home.

The bottle is a simple one, with a minimalist design. It’s transparent in color, revealing the grey colored perfume inside. The cap is matte aluminum. The well placed striation on the bottle helps you get a proper grip while holding the otherwise smooth bottle.

The scent itself is a very intense, masculine one. It mainly smells woody, which is very attractive. The scent lingers on for a long while. I should say it’s a really great blend of notes. It has Cidro, Grapefruit, Lavender and Black pepper in the top notes, which gives it a citrusy & warm feeling. It then has Cypress, Iris essential oil and Violet in the middle notes, which gives it a floral feeling. Lastly, it has Cedar Wood and Amber which gives it an exotic, woody character with a tropical contrast derived from Tonka beans and Vetiver!

Both my husband and brother tried it and they are absolutely in love with it. It is definitely the kind of smell you associate with a modern man, who strives towards perfection and nothing can ever stop him. I really recommend this scent to anyone out there. The lovely box makes this a perfect gifting choice too.

The box containing 100 ml + 30 ml costs AED 278 and another option is 50 ml + 30 ml, which costs AED 206.
